Job Summary
Oversee cleaning staff across multiple facilities by managing supervisors, leads, and cleaners while serving as a backup cleaner when needed. Conduct regular scheduled inspections, maintain quality control systems, and complete job orientations for start-up accounts. Nurturing supervisors and leads for expanded roles, train new staff, and assist the Operations Director with supply ordering and job card development. Manage budgets per account, collect payroll, and strategize cleaning approaches for new areas. Report policy violations or concerns to proper channels and ensure all procedures are followed. Requires 1–3 years of janitorial leadership experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to multiple facilities during the shift.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of experience as janitorial services lead, or supervisor preferred
- Floor care knowledge is a plus!
- Strong management and customer service skills
- Ability to nurture and grow a team

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and customer service
- Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins

- Dependable, Positive and Team Orientated
- Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license and be able to travel to multiple facilities during the same shift
