Job Summary
Oversee all night operations at the hotel by serving as the primary manager on duty, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out flows, and conducting regular walkthroughs for cleanliness and safety. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns, handle service recovery situations, and supervise night houseperson to complete overnight checklists. Lead, train, and coach night associates daily while taking charge during emergencies such as fire alarms or medical incidents. Maintain accurate incident reports and practice safety standards by leading by example. Available for overnight shifts including weekends and holidays, this role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and thrives in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of three years' experience as a supervisor or Front Office Leader in a similar sized full-service hotel property
- Hospitality or Tourism program graduate or degree holder
