Job Summary
Night Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions in the Leavenworth, KS / North Kansas City, MO area. Responsible for assisting with contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintaining relationships with Independent Contractors. Review client contracts and verify work meets expectations; develop and maintain productive relationships with ICs; communicate priorities to ICs; assign work in line with client standards and company guidelines; manage inspections, customer complaints, and new client starts; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, tools, and equipment. Requires a high school diploma, 3 years of management experience in multi-unit or locations, strong planning and communication skills, and CRM experience preferred. Fully accountable for quality assurance, service levels, and ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced facility-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
- 3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations
- Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus
- Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement
- CRM experience preferred
