Job Summary
Night Manager required to oversee overnight operations at a luxury hotel in Courchevel 1850. Responsibilities include managing night shift activities across reception, ensuring accurate daily closing of the reception, updating currency rates, auditing receptionist work (invoicing, rates, cardex), providing courteous and professional guest service, acting as a key point of contact for internal operations, handling guest arrivals and departures following hotel procedures, anticipating guest needs, relaying guest information to relevant departments, and cash drawer control. The role emphasizes being a reliable, proactive night-time leader with strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with Opera PMS.
