Job Summary
Manage and lead the night team to ensure store operations run safely and legally while the rest of the world sleeps. Oversee all trading activity on the shopfloor, including managing date rotation, waste, and returns to limit damage. Lead and coach colleagues to deliver high shopfloor standards and improve sales, ensuring the store is landed and presentable before handing over to the day team. Work a rolling rota of four nights over seven, including weekends, with full responsibility for the 24-hour store.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight
- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
- Ability to make decisions independently
