Job Summary
Manage and lead the night team to ensure store operations run safely and legally across all departments during 24-hour shifts. Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor, managing date rotation, waste, and returns while limiting damage through replenishment. Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high shopfloor standards and ensure the store is presentable before handing over to the day team. Work a rolling rota of four nights over seven, including weekends, to oversee the store solely through the night.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight
- Ability to make decisions independently
