Job Summary
Oversee the 24-hour store operation during night shifts, managing trading activity, waste, and returns while ensuring shop floor standards and safety. Lead and coach the night team to deliver excellent service, fostering a culture of pride and ownership. Execute handover protocols to ensure the store is landed and presentable for the day team, including promotions and hot spots. Work a rolling rota of four nights over seven, including weekends, to maintain continuous coverage. Bring experience supervising retail grocery teams overnight with the ability to make independent decisions and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight
- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Hands-on attitude
