Job Summary
Manage and lead the night team to ensure store availability, safety, and legal compliance during 24-hour operations. Execute trading activity by planning date-rotated deliveries, managing waste and returns, and limiting damage through replenishment. Lead and coach colleagues to deliver shopfloor standards and improve sales, while ensuring the store is landed and presentable before handing over to the day team. Work a rolling rota of 4 nights over 7, including weekends, with full responsibility for the store overnight.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment
