Job Summary
Manage and lead the night team to ensure best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments while the store remains open 24 hours. Oversee trading activity, managing date rotation, waste, and returns to limit damage through proper replenishment. Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent standards and drive sales, ensuring the shop floor is landed and presentable before handing over to the day team. Work a rolling rota of four nights over seven, including weekends, to maintain store safety and legal compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment
- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight
- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
- Ability to make decisions independently
