Job Summary
Oversee the Front Office Department and lobby hosts by conducting pre-shift meetings, assigning work activities, and supervising operational guidelines to ensure exceptional service. Manage daily labor costs by reviewing schedules against occupancy, monitor room inventory and rate yielding, and maximize revenue and profit margins. Train, mentor, and develop team members through developmental reviews, orientation, and short take training while responding immediately to emergency situations and incident reports. Complete shift closings, room deposits, refunds, and rebates, ensuring all necessary paperwork is finalized. Correct service problems to create memorable guest experiences and lead the front office team within hotel standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 – 3 years in a management position
- Hospitality or customer service
- Opera experience
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality Diploma or Degree preferred
