Job Summary
Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises from 11pm to 7am. Deliver continuous customer service during evening hours, including check-ins, checkouts, and addressing guest inquiries. Oversee the reception desk, conduct night audit and reporting procedures, and uphold overnight property security standards. Assist in preparing for the daytime team's operations while maintaining accurate daily revenue capture. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts
