Ensure nightly hotel operations run smoothly from 11pm to 7am by managing the reception desk, overseeing night audit and reporting procedures, and addressing late-night guest inquiries. Uphold property security standards while handling minor maintenance matters and delivering continuous customer service during evening check-ins and checkouts. Assist in preparing for the daytime team's operations. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts
- A positive demeanour
- Capable of working independently
