Required Qualifications

  • Ability to climb 4 flights of stairs at least once per day

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents or employees of organization
  • Ability to stay calm in emergency situations and de-escalate situations with agitated residents
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Property management experience preferred
