Night Maintenance Technician

Conduct general maintenance pre-checks prior to guest arrivals and departure-checks upon guest departure. Perform weekly property inspections, return completed checklists, and monitor usage by guests and owners. Execute assigned repairs including audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance work. Maintain detailed service records on daily project and time auditing sheets, record billable items, and communicate work order progress. Enforce Resorts West policies regarding property usage. Participate in snow removal as needed and manage assigned tool inventory. Track and report credit card and purchase account usage to Property Services and Accounting. Heavy lifting up to 75 lbs and strenuous work may apply. A personal vehicle is required, and uniform dress is mandatory.
