Job Summary
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to pediatric patients in home settings in Reading, PA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include focusing on medical needs of infants, children, and adolescents per active care plan; conducting ongoing patient care and assessments; administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies; coordinating care; educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance outcomes; and implementing preventative measures to maintain quality of care. Full-time and part-time shifts are available (days, nights, and weekends). Required Qualifications
