Night - LPN Pediatric Home Health

Conduct on-going patient care and assessments for infants, children, and adolescents in their home settings according to active physician plans. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while coordinating care and educating family members to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care and maintain a 1:1 patient care ratio. Work full-time or part-time shifts including days, nights, and weekends with flexible scheduling options.
