Job Summary
Oversee daily oil and gas well testing, operating, and maintenance of assigned process equipment, including heaters, separators, and fluid pumps. Gauge production, perform operational checks, and conduct minor production repairs while maintaining a clean working environment. Maintain pressure vessels to company standards and report daily production data, well pressures, and Artificial Lift performance. Collaborate with Engineers and Foremen on lease activities, ensuring secure and environmentally safe operations. Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Work a 14-on / 14-off schedule in San Angelo, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of applicable job/industry experience
- Strong commitment to safety and environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work within a team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
