Job Summary
Oversee warehouse closing activities, prepare beverage products for distribution, verify delivery loads, and organize inventory to ensure route trucks are ready for next-day deliveries. Support warehouse workflows by assisting with pallet movement, maintaining accurate product placement, and contributing to overall operational efficiency. Coordinate final stages of daily activity to ensure delivery trucks, inventory, and warehouse areas are prepared for the following business day. This leadership-focused role requires working afternoon and evening shifts into the evening, with a later start time ideal for candidates seeking flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- Candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Candidate must successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
- Candidate must successfully pass a functional ability test if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, distribution, inventory management, shipping and receiving, beverage distribution, food distribution, order fulfillment, pallet handling, or truck loading
- Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment
- Experience as a Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, Shipping Lead, Distribution Associate, Logistics Coordinator, Order Selector, Forklift Operator, or Warehouse Associate
