Night laundry/ Night audit Team Member

Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours by managing laundry processes, washing, drying, and folding garments to ensure all items are finished before the shift ends. Assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight inquiries while performing nightly financial audits, balancing transactions, and preparing reports. Monitor property security, conduct safety checks, process payments, manage reservations, and reconcile accounts accurately. Additionally, assist with setting up breakfast or other morning preparations as needed. This role requires the ability to work independently in a quiet, structured environment, balancing detailed problem-solving with precise communication to ensure a seamless guest experience after hours.
