Night Janitorial Technician (Commercial Cleaning – Leadership & Growth Opportunity)

Nighttime commercial cleaning role in Longview, WA, working after hours to clean offices and facilities. You’ll vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize restrooms and common areas, empty trash, and maintain clean environments, following company systems and quality standards. As you grow, responsibilities may expand to leading client accounts, training new team members, and advancing to supervisory roles. Growth-minded, reliable, and self-directed individuals who can work independently or with a small team will thrive. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read/write English, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Shift is night-oriented (typically 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon–Fri; 8, 10, or 12 hour variations; weekly pay). Opportunities for increased hours and advancement to Account Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor roles are available.
