Job Summary
Deliver 5-star in-room dining service, understanding both new and regular guest needs to ensure exceptional experiences. Fulfill special requests including purchasing specific food or beverage items, serving off-menu orders, pre-ordering meals, and placing additional fridges in rooms with management support. Manage overnight operations efficiently while taking accurate orders and recommending food and beverage options. Operate shift-based hours Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sunday from 19:00 to 07:00, with schedules subject to change.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage - at least 2 years
- Have genuine interest in food and beverage to be able to recommend options
- Strong verbal communication skills
- English is the primary language used in our hotel
- Experience in taking order accurately
- Have the ability to manage overnight efficiently
- Operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change
- Monday to Friday: 19:00 - 07:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 19:00 - 07:00
