Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of guest areas and public spaces during overnight hours by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. Respond promptly to guest requests for extra towels, bedding, or room cleaning, and perform light room servicing or turndown service for late check-ins. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens, while replenishing housekeeping carts with supplies. Ensure cleaning tools are used safely and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the night supervisor. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and guest interactions while following all hotel policies and health and safety regulations.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
