Job Summary
Night House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist oversees hospital staff, directs interpretation/application of policies, manages nursing resources and patient flow, responds to patient/family concerns, organizes workflow, monitors staff performance, and collaborates with clinical leadership. Requires RN licensure in Montana, 3+ years hospital experience (ICU or recent ICU exposure), CPR, ACLS/PALS, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate care and improve patient flow and operational efficiency.
