Job Summary
Welcome guests on arrival, assist with online check-in or station check-ins, and answer questions while managing the sale and preparation of food and beverage offerings, including alcohol. Maintain a clean and tidy lounge environment, provide local tips, and ensure guests have a positive experience at check-out. This night shift role involves working 7 days followed by 7 days off, with a requirement for strong Swedish and English communication skills, social agility, and a responsive attitude toward guest needs.
