Job Summary
Night Guest Service Agent at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort providing warm, friendly reception, smooth check-ins/outs, and personalised guest recommendations. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; processing reservations and updates in the property management system; serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay; and maintaining high standards of guest service with a proactive, positive attitude. Shift options include 38 hours per week with overnight hours (8.15pm–6.45am or 10pm–6am); compensation varies by day of the week with penalties applied for certain days. Must be comfortable working weekends/public holidays and adapting to varying shifts.
