Job Summary
Night Guest Agent at Fairmont Palliser responsible for overnight front desk operations and guest services, including completing nightly audit procedures, greeting guests, blocking rooms for special requests, managing express checkout, handling guest concerns with professionalism, and maintaining security procedures and emergency readiness to ensure luxury service and smooth overnight operations. Requires 1+ year in front desk or hospitality; strong communication, cash-handling skills, and ability to work independently overnight; proficiency with hotel systems (PMS such as Opera) and a professional, courteous demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Front Desk or hospitality, or related customer service roles preferred
- Must be available to work overnight shifts
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or university degree is considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
