Night General Cleaner (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Night Cleaner is responsible for general cleaning of the building in evenings, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning/restrooms, emptying trash, removing debris and snow from sidewalks, and ensuring doors are locked after hours. May lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms, and will work with a contract cleaning service when necessary. Must maintain supplies, complete tasks with minimal supervision, and notify supervisors of major repairs. Requires time-management, ability to work independently or with a team, and basic cleaning equipment proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent and authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) are required. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Work well when supervisors are not present
- Able to communicate any potential problems to supervisors quickly
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment
