Job Summary
Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning commercial properties, including emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping hard surfaces, and sanitizing units such as restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors, dust horizontal surfaces, and clean windowsills and blinds. Report unit maintenance issues, damaged carpets, and inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager. Ensure a safe working environment by utilizing supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to company procedures. Work Monday through Friday from 9:30pm to 6am, with rare travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, move, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions

- Ability to ensure guests feel safe and cared for during their vacation
