Job Summary
Night Duty Manager responsible for leading and coordinating nightly hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. Tasks include monitoring guest arrivals and service quality during night shifts, supervising Front Office staff, communicating operational updates to colleagues, and implementing emergency response protocols to protect guests and staff. Requires ability to work permanent night shifts; experience with hotel front office systems (OPMS) and crisis management; hotel management education is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using OPMS and related hotel front office systems to manage guest services and operations
- Experience in managing emergency response and crisis management situations
- Educational background related to hotel management is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of Rooms and Front Desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
