Job Summary
Overseeing local management of service delivery and multi-site support during night hours; lead and supervise night staff, provide induction and training; manage staff rota and ensure coverage; ensure adherence to health and safety policies; coordinate with Local Management Team and Project Group Manager for night-to-night operations; maintain effective communication, data management, and contribute to organizational objectives; support service users with complex needs and ensure quality service delivery across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Social Studies /Case Management Accredited Qualification
- 2 years’ experience working in the Homelessness/Social Care field, in a direct access client support, or key working role.
