Job Summary
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using cleaning equipment. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation. Maintain cleanliness standards by dusting, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces. Operate custodial equipment efficiently, including floor buffers and scrubbers, and restock supplies such as paper towels and soap dispensers. Follow all safety protocols during cleaning routines and report any hazards or maintenance issues promptly. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety practices
- Arriving on time
- Working as a team player
- Night shift availability (Monday - Friday - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers
