Night Crew Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise and participate in all night crew activities, including directing operations, training personnel, and managing inventory control. Rotate, stock, and face products while maintaining a safe, sanitary environment and preventing damage to out-of-code items. Verify orders against invoices, audit product cases, and complete necessary reports to ensure cost and quality standards. Operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, manage vendor relations, and implement loss prevention policies during afterhours. Handle customer complaints and complaints with composure while working independently with little supervision. Will work nights, weekends, and holidays with varying scheduled hours.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to cooperate with others and work as part of a team
- Ability to work independently without supervision when the store is closed
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Mental alertness
- Knowledge of basic mathematics, inventory control, storage, merchandising and shipping and receiving procedures
- Mental dexterity and good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to cover for various positions throughout the store
- Knowledge and ability to implement emergency procedures in the event of equipment and computer software malfunctions
- Must comply with Company policies including grooming standards and dress code
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work holidays
- Regular attendance
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, stack, and maneuver objects up to approximately 80 lbs.
- Ability to push or pull fully loaded hand trucks, six-wheel carts or pallet jacks
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to utilize safety cutters and cleaning supplies
