Night Crew Supervisor responsible for supervising the grocery department's night crew, directing night operations, training staff, ensuring product quality and inventory accuracy, executing merchandising and display plans, maintaining safety and loss-prevention practices, and delivering strong customer service during night shifts in Peoria, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team and cooperate with others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to approximately 80 lbs. and maneuver objects with carts/pallet jacks
- Knowledge of basic mathematics, inventory control, storage, merchandising and shipping/receiving procedures
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; variable schedule
- Ability to comply with company policies including grooming standards and dress code
- Experience in supervising night crew or similar retail operations (preferred)
