Job Summary
Lead overnight store operations by supervising nightly stocking, facing, conditioning, and replenishment activities to ensure efficient product rotation and accurate inventory levels. Coordinate workload assignments, verify merchandising standards across aisles and displays, and support inventory counts to minimize shrink. Provide leadership and coaching to associates, train new employees on safety protocols, and monitor performance to maintain a productive work environment. Serve as the primary overnight decision-maker, address safety hazards, and communicate operational priorities to store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous grocery, retail, stocking, or warehouse experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Ability to work overnight schedules, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance when necessary
- Ability to push and pull pallet jacks, carts, and stocking equipment
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including coolers and freezers
