Job Summary
Anticipate customer needs and lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve sales and financial objectives. Maintain merchandising and operational standards while fostering colleague growth and building customer loyalty. Be accountable for departmental results and create a positive workplace through relationship development. Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays
