Job Summary
Supervise, direct, and maintain pricing, stocking, facing, and rotation of merchandise in grocery departments. Assist in training new night crew leaders and employees, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory levels. Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards. Manage general housekeeping, employee relations, and security procedures. Requires strong communication and math skills, plus the ability to lift heavy merchandise.
