Job Summary
Overnight Stocker role performing stocking, rotation, and prep for store opening. Responsibilities include stocking shelves with dry goods, refrigerated items, and general merchandise; rotating products and checking expiration dates; breaking down pallets and organizing freight; unloading delivery trucks; maintaining clean aisles and backroom spaces; building merchandising displays and endcaps; assisting with basic cleaning; and following all safety protocols. Must be 18+, able to work overnight (including weekends/holidays), reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and comfortable with a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Shift is overnight with potential full-time hours and benefits including daily pay, medical, 401(k), and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks without direct supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Stand, walk, and lift for the entire shift (typically 8 hours)
- Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Use of ladders, pallet jacks, and step stools
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
