Job Summary
Night Crew 3rd supports the Night Crew Manager and Night Crew 2nd in supervising, directing, and maintaining proper pricing, stocking, facing, and rotation of merchandise in the Grocery department; assists in ordering store products, inventory control, and scheduling according to policy to contribute to the store’s financial interests. Responsibilities include delegating tasks to night crew, monitoring shelf price integrity and restocking, minimizing product damage and loss, processing damaged items, assisting with invoice errors and shortages, maintaining displays and back-stock, coordinating with leadership, training night crew, and operating forklift equipment while upholding OSHA and safety standards. Must be able to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends/evenings/holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Complete OSHA-accredited forklift training
- Over two years of Grocery Clerk experience preferred
