Job Summary
Night Concierge at a luxury London residence responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to residents and guests. Responsibilities include managing concierge services, amenity operations, security, and housekeeping coordination; handling guest arrivals, deliveries, post, and transportation bookings; processing dry cleaning and other general requests; building loyalty through proactive communication to meet residents' and management's expectations; coordinating with the Night Duty Manager and building Management to operate multiple service elements as a seamless one-team approach; serving as an ambassador for the brand and development.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury residential property
- Must have a strong command of the English language
- Must have excellent communication, customer service and Microsoft Office skills
- Good understanding of Health and Safety
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients
- Experienced car driver with a valid and clean driving license essential
