Job Summary
Conduct front-of-house duties including arrivals, departures, billing, and visitor sign-ins while managing telephone calls and security protocols. Maintain an immaculate reception area, handle mail and deliveries, and support wider events and family visits. Prepare hospitality requirements for the next day by setting up dining areas, organizing equipment, and stocking supplies. Assist with collecting meal trays, clearing communal dining areas, and supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation. Ensure all records are accurate, comply with GDPR, and follow health and safety procedures. Work part-time (20 hours) from 7pm to midnight on a rotating basis.
Required Qualifications
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application
- Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process
- Working variable hours (on a rota basis) to suit business needs, including evenings and weekends
