Job Summary
Part-time Armed Security Guard needed for a busy nightclub. Responsibilities include conducting security checks, ID verification, de-escalating situations, and enforcing liquor laws. Must have an Arizona Armed Guard License and high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Arizona Armed Guard License (current and in good standing)
- Must have a Firearm Qualification Card (AZ DPS)
- Arizona Title 4 Basic Liquor Law Training is preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the location
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the public respectfully
- Ability to stand for long periods and conduct searches and ID checks
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or event security
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
