Night Cleaner / Trash Pickup

Walk assigned apartment communities each evening to collect bagged trash left outside resident doors and haul it to the property's compactor or dumpster using your truck or trailer. Note any other items on the property that need attention while maintaining a clean appearance along the route. This role requires a pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, comfort with hands-on physical work, and reliability for five consecutive nights. Schedule includes 1.5–3 hours per night, five nights a week, with compensation of $200–$300 per week.
