Night Cleaner - Lodge

Night Cleaner for Hershey Lodge (Full-Time). Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment, including kitchens, storeroom and locker areas; clean kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, ceilings; maintain clean dishwasher and dishwashing areas; empty and scrub garbage containers; clean hood areas and screens above cooking areas; some shifts may be as a general kitchen worker. Third Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, weekends/holidays required. Must be able to lift ~50 pounds, stand/walk throughout shift, work with chemicals. Must be 18+, able to read/write English, self-starter, able to perform duties without close supervision. Union position with seniority-based scheduling. Minimal footwear requirement by employee.
