Job Summary
Lead and manage the night kitchen at a luxury London hotel, directing production, service and hygiene standards. Coordinate with day teams, supervise night cleaners and porters, train demi chefs and apprentices, manage stock ordering and deliveries, and contribute to menu development and kitchen advancement while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
- Night shift experience preferred.
