Job Summary
Monitor and operate the CCTV system, checking recording functionality and responding to defects. Act as the primary control point for centre operations, managing emergencies, safety protocols, and customer care. Instruct security personnel on incident response, evidence preservation, and fire evacuations while maintaining perimeter integrity. Log all activations, incidents, patrols, and contractor visits in DoB and relevant logs. Control access to high-risk areas and yards, verifying authorizations for visitors and contractors before granting entry. Answer telephones, manage retail radio communications, and utilize the PA system for announcements. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security procedures throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
