Job Summary
Night Caregiver role offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. Provide personal care and mobility assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to shopping, appointments, and activities. Deliver medication reminders and meaningful companionship while supporting client needs across multiple locations in the Bay Area (Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Atherton, Menlo Park, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Redwood City, Burlingame, San Carlos, San Bruno, Belmont, Foster City, San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Campbell, Newark, Hayward, Fremont, Milpitas). Potential to advance into a CAREGIVER LEAD role with onboarding and training responsibilities. Requires empathy, strong communication, ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle weights up to 150+ pounds. Authorized to work in the United States, with California-specific onboarding steps and on-call support. Highly valued are a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a vehicle suitable for wheelchair transport. Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic English proficiency required
- CNA, LVN license or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and a vehicle that can accommodate a wheelchair
