Job Summary
Night Care Professionals provide direct personal care and support to clients during night shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring health status, maintaining care documentation, and Responding to emergencies. They ensure clients' safety and security overnight, conduct welfare checks, assist with medication administration per organizational guidelines, and report safeguarding concerns. The role requires empathy, strong communication, reliability for night shifts, ability to work independently, and collaboration with the care team. Training is provided; DBS enhanced disclosure is required. Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom; remote work is not applicable (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in care work, healthcare, or a related support role
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
