Job Summary
Night Care Assistant providing personal care and support to residents with mobility needs and other disabilities, encouraging development and maintaining a safe, dignified living environment. 24 hours per week across night shifts with full training and DBS checks; responsibilities include personal care, mobility aid, mealtimes, social and physical activities, record-keeping, and following residents' care plans with a person-centered approach.
Required Qualifications
- In possession of or commitment to work towards RQF Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care
- Level 3 Medication
- DBS check at appropriate level
- Experience in a care home or healthcare setting (beneficial)
