Night Care Assistant - Blatchington Manor

Night Care Assistant to join Blatchington Manor in Seaford (East Sussex). 36 hours per week, 8pm – 8am. Provide high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; promote independence and enablement; input residents’ personalised interactions on the system; serve meals and promote social dining experiences; develop relationships with relatives to understand residents’ needs and deliver appropriate care. Ideal candidates will have healthcare experience (training provided), and demonstrate kindness, energy, and teamwork to deliver superior services.
