Night Care Assistant

Deliver personal care including washing, toileting, dressing, and continence control while treating all residents with dignity and respect. Administer drugs when trained and use provided equipment correctly for moving and weighing residents. Act as the Key Worker for specific residents, maintain accurate Care Plan Records, and attend shift handover meetings promptly. Provide mental and physical stimulation, welcome visitors, and answer relatives' questions by referring complex inquiries to managers. Assist in dining, kitchen, or laundry duties as required and comply with legal regulations including the Care Standards Act and SOVA guidelines.
